1. What this is

AdHush (“we”, “us”) provides a website and a browser extension (the “Product”). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using AdHush

• Use the Product lawfully. Personal use only; contact us for other uses.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Product complies with the terms of service and policies of any site where you use it.
• Don’t break, bypass, reverse engineer, or resell the Product.

3. Donations

• Support donations are optional and don’t unlock features.
• Donations are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply at checkout.
• Refunds: good-faith refunds within 30 days—email us first.

4. Privacy

We aim to keep everything local on your device. Stripe’s processing follows its own policies.

5. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Product. You receive a personal, revocable license to use them—no ownership is transferred.

6. “As-is”

The Product are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Features may change or break.

7. Liability limit

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF $1 OR THE AMOUNT YOU DONATED FOR THE PRODUCT IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Changes & termination

We may update the Product or these Terms. If you continue using AdHush after updates, you accept the changes. We may suspend access for misuse.
